Customer Service Representative/Collections

Full-time CSR/Collections Clerk needed at Greenwood Chapel.  Duties include notifying customers of delinquent accounts and attempting to secure payment; locating customers when needed; and providing general assistance to customers with funeral and cemetery accounts.  Requires two years office experience; 10-key by touch; and proficiency in MS Word.  Previous collection experience preferred.  Must be extremely detailed and accurate; be self-motivated and able to work without supervision; be highly driven and able to multi-task; and be able to work effectively when frequently interrupted.  Requires a pleasant personality and a high level of professionalism; and excellent verbal communication skills.  Strict dress code required.  Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Part-time Funeral Home Attendant

Evening Funeral Home Attendants needed at Greenwood and Mount Olivet.  This position is a customer service-oriented position meant to provide highly personalized customer service to funeral families and guests utilizing our facilities.  Attendants will stay visible in public areas, and will serve as the contact person for guests who need assistance or information.  Job duties include greeting funeral families and guests upon arrival and directing them to their destinations; assisting with visitations and rosaries; providing ongoing contact with guests during visitation or reception to ensure guests are comfortable and their needs are met; providing assistance with any video or funeral-related issues; reviewing and confirming funeral service details with family prior to service; notifying director of any issues; and generally ensuring that our guests have a pleasant experience.  Requires excellent communication skills; groomed and professional appearance; and the ability to set up, connect and utilize audio/visual equipment.    Strict dress code required.  Must be self-motivated and work effectively without direct supervision.  Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality a must.  Two position schedules available.  Position #1 – Sunday 12-9, Monday 5-9 and Tuesday 5-9.  Position #2 – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 5-9.

Receptionist

Full-time Receptionist needed to work at Mount Olivet Chapel.  Duties include meeting and greeting, in a pleasant and professional manner, those entering the funeral home.  Directs families to chapel or graveside services, and acts as a liaison between the public and the staff member.  May assume other duties as assigned.  Must have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Office experience, basic computer skills and light typing required.  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Clerical Assistant - All Locations

Full-time Clerical Assistant needed to work at all Chapels.  Duties include answering phones; receptionist; general clerical duties and filing.  Two years office experience; strong computer skills; and 50 wpm typing required.  Position requires a high level of flexibility in schedule; and a desire to work at multiple locations and in multiple positions.  Must possess the ability to multi-task; have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Alternating schedule includes weekends, evening and holidays.  Shifts include daytime beginning at 7:00 a.m.; and evenings up to 9:00 p.m.   Must be willing to work in Fort Worth and Arlington at all three funeral chapels. 

Funeral Director/Embalmer

Experienced funeral director/embalmer needed at Mount Olivet Chapel.  Rotating weekly and weekend schedule; does not include on-call work or removals.  Valid Texas driver’s license; good driving record; professional appearance and good communication skills required.  Must be licensed in Texas.  Experience in a high-volume funeral home and cemetery structure preferred.

Part-time Funeral Director Assistant

Part-time Assistant and Driver needed at Arlington Chapel to assist with funeral services and to drive family cars/limousines. Requires excellent communication skills; groomed and professional appearance; valid Texas driver’s license; and a good driving record.  Knowledge of the Metroplex will be helpful.  Hours vary according to the funeral schedule.  Must be available Monday – Saturday.

Part-time Porter - Weekends

Part-time Porter needed at Mount Olivet Chapel to clean the building; wash and service funeral home vehicles; and to assist on funeral services when needed.  Valid Texas driver’s license; good driving record; ability to read and interpret maps; good communication skills; and strict dress code and grooming required.  Previous housekeeping and car detailing experience preferred.  Hours: Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., plus holidays.

Family Service Provider

Full-time Family Service Provider needed at Greenwood and Mount Olivet Chapels to provide ongoing assistance to those who have had a recent death, as well as those desiring to make their arrangements in advance. Position requires advanced organizational, communication and presentation skills; high level of professionalism; valid Texas driver’s license; and strict business dress code.  Must demonstrate the ability to work independently without supervision.  Previous sales experience preferred.  Must obtain Pre-need Agent licensing within 90 days.  Work schedule varies and includes weekends, holidays, and evenings; must be flexible and willing to meet with families.
