Cemetery Maintenance Worker

Full-time Maintenance Worker needed for busy cemetery.  Performs a variety of cemetery tasks to include assisting with set-up, interments, memorialization and other tasks within the cemetery.  Requires good communication skills; a valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record; and a groomed appearance.  Strict dress code enforced; must wear a company-provided uniform.  Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Funeral Director/Embalmer - Funeral Director - Provisional

Full-time positions available at Mount Olivet Chapel.  Dual and Single-Licensed applicants will be considered, as well as Provisional Licensees who have successfully passed all exams.  Rotating weekly and weekend schedule; does not include on-call work or removals.  Valid Texas driver’s license; good driving record; professional appearance and good communication skills required.  Must be licensed in Texas.  

Embalmer

Experienced Embalmer needed at Greenwood  Chapel.  Rotating weekly and weekend daytime schedule; does not include on-call work or removals.  Valid Texas driver’s license; good driving record; professional appearance and good communication skills required.  Must be dual-licensed in Texas.  Experience in a high-volume setting preferred.

Full-time Clerical Assistant

Full-time Clerical Assistant needed to work at all Chapels.  Duties include answering phones; receptionist; general clerical duties and filing.  Two years office experience; strong computer skills; and 50 wpm typing required.  Position requires a high level of flexibility in schedule; and a desire to work at multiple locations and in multiple positions.  Must possess the ability to multi-task; have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Alternating schedule includes weekends, evening and holidays.  Shifts include daytime beginning at 7:00 a.m.; and evenings up to 9:00 p.m.   Must be willing to work in Fort Worth and Arlington at all three funeral chapels. 

Part-Time Secretary

Arlington Chapel.  Duties include answering phones; receptionist; general clerical duties and filing.  Two years office experience and 45 wpm typing required.  Must have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Alternating schedule includes three weekends per month plus holidays.  Shifts include daytime beginning at 7:30 a.m.; and evenings up to 9:00 p.m.

Part-time Funeral Home Attendant

Evening Funeral Home Attendant needed at Greenwood Chapel.  This position is a customer service-oriented position meant to provide highly personalized customer service to funeral families and guests utilizing our facilities.  Attendants will stay visible in public areas, and will serve as the contact person for guests who need assistance or information.  Job duties include greeting funeral families and guests upon arrival and directing them to their destinations; assisting with visitations and rosaries; providing ongoing contact with guests during visitation or reception to ensure guests are comfortable and their needs are met; providing assistance with any video or funeral-related issues; reviewing and confirming funeral service details with family prior to service; notifying director of any issues; and generally ensuring that our guests have a pleasant experience.  Requires excellent communication skills; groomed and professional appearance; and the ability to set up, connect and utilize audio/visual equipment.    Strict dress code required.  Must be self-motivated and work effectively without direct supervision.  Reliable and consistent attendance and punctuality a must.  Schedule:  Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 5p-9p.

Part-time Porter - Weekends

Part-time Porter needed at Mount Olivet Chapel to clean the building; wash and service funeral home vehicles; and to assist on funeral services when needed.  Valid Texas driver’s license; good driving record; ability to read and interpret maps; good communication skills; and strict dress code and grooming required.  Previous housekeeping and car detailing experience preferred.  Hours: Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., plus holidays.
