Family Service Provider

Family Service Provider needed at Greenwood and Mount Olivet Chapels to provide ongoing assistance to those who have had a recent death, as well as those desiring to make their arrangements in advance.  Position requires advanced organizational, communication and presentation skills; high level of professionalism; valid Texas driver’s license; and strict dress code.  Must demonstrate the ability to work independently without supervision.  Previous sales experience preferred.  Must obtain Preneed Agent licensing within 90 days.  Work schedule varies and includes weekends and evenings; must be flexible and willing to meet with families in-home or at the funeral home.  

FT Receptionist/Relief Cashier

Receptionist/relief cashier needed at Mount Olivet Chapel.  Duties include meeting and greeting, in a pleasant and professional manner, those entering the funeral home.  Directs families to chapel or graveside services, and acts as a liaison between the public and the staff member.  May assume other duties as assigned, including acting as Cashier when needed.  Cashier duties include accepting payments from customers, funeral directors and family service in the form of cash, credit card, check; issuing receipts; and opening/closing of cash drawer daily.  Must have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Office experience, basic computer skills and light typing required.  Current schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; however, the schedule will change when the company returns to normal business hours (remaining open after 5:00 p.m.)

FT Clerical Assistant

Clerical Assistant needed to work at Greenwood and Mount Olivet Chapels.  Duties include answering phones; receptionist; general clerical duties and filing.  Two years office experience; strong computer skills; and 50 wpm typing required.  Position requires a high level of flexibility in schedule; and a desire to work at multiple locations and in multiple positions.  Must possess the ability to multi-task; have a pleasant personality; front desk appearance; and display a high level of professionalism.  Strict dress code required.  Must be willing to work in Fort Worth at both funeral chapels. Alternating schedule includes weekends and evenings.  Normal shifts include daytime beginning at 7:00 a.m.; and evenings up to 9:00 p.m.; however, the Chapel lobbies are currently closing at 5:00 p.m. due to the pandemic.  Shifts ending at 9:00 p.m. will begin when normal hours are resumed.  

FT Cemetery Worker

Cemetery/Maintenance Workers needed at Greenwood Memorial Park and Mount Olivet Cemetery.  Duties include a variety of cemetery tasks to include assisting with set-up, interments, memorialization and other tasks within the cemetery.  Position requires good communication skills; a valid Texas driver’s license with a good driving record; and a groomed appearance.  Strict dress code enforced; must wear a company-provided uniform.  Experience with heavy equipment preferred.  Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
